BuckleBuddeez provides a child safety product that aids in proper child car seat installation. Our aim 
is to minimize the risk of a harness being twisted, thereby enhancing the overall safety of your child 
while riding in a car. However, we wish to make it abundantly clear that while our product aims to 
enhance child safety in cars, it DOES NOT guarantee that your child will not be injured in an 
accident. It is crucially important that the product is used correctly and in conjunction with suitable 
safety practices, and even then, complete safety cannot be guaranteed

Under no circumstances shall BuckleBuddeez be held liable for any damages or injury that result 
from the use of its products or services. It is the responsibility of the user or the parent/guardian to 
ensure proper usage.

and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind either express or implied. "We stand behind 
the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, we'll replace it with a new one at no extra 
cost to you."
